Our signature London Shard proposal package offers spectacular views of London. How it works? Propose above the clouds, with breathtaking views, the package offers a romantic and intimate proposal setting. Our team will organise, plan and deliver a truly magical experience at the Shard London. An hour before the time of your booking, our proposal planners will sneak into your room to decorate and arrange your proposal. If you prefer, our planers can also arrange the room decor prior to your check in so when you first walk in, it's ready for your proposal. Located in the Shard, the tallest building in London with magnificent views over the city. Address: 31 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9QU **Please note package does not include hotel room hire. We recommend you ensure you have a confirmed hotel booking prior to booking this package, or speak to our team to help you book a hotel at the Shard for your proposal. Please note, this hotel room proposal package can also be arranged at any hotel of your choice. Please get in touch and speak with one of our planners if you require this set up elsewhere. Package includes decor collection the same day. Latest same day collection available is 22:00. A £99 fee applies for following day collection (fee subject to availability and dates). For large rooms (e.g suites) your proposal planner can also help with any add ons and bespoking. Please note that where booking with a deposit, final payment is due at least 7 days prior to the proposal date. *Price exclude VAT and may vary for certain dates (e.g. over Christmas and New Years).

1. Booking Fee A non-refundable 30% booking fee is required to secure your proposal. Your booking is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice. Failure to meet agreed payment deadlines may result in cancellation. 2. Cancellations. To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The 30% booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations are generally permitted unless otherwise stated on your invoice. No cancellations are permitted within 7 days of the scheduled proposal date. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused items or services not utilised. Where cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the proposal date, any refund (if applicable) will exclude: The 30% booking fee; and Any non-recoverable third-party costs or disbursements already incurred (e.g., venue hire, musicians, florals). 3. Weather (Outdoor Events) For outdoor proposals, if the event cannot proceed due to adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, storms, flooding, or high winds): The proposal may be reorganised indoors where possible; or The proposal date may be rescheduled, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional third-party costs or disbursements. The maximum proposal duration will generally be in line with the duration specified within your selected package or as stated on your invoice. Photography services are typically booked for up to 1 hour from the agreed proposal time. Musicians are typically booked for up to 40 minutes. The event will conclude at the time agreed between Fairy Tale Proposals and the Client. 4. Extensions Any extension beyond the agreed end time: Is strictly subject to availability; Is at the sole discretion of Fairy Tale Proposals; and May be subject to additional charges. Where hours overrun, the following extension / late fees may apply: Up to an additional hour of decoration: £150 Up to an additional hour of professional photography / videography or musicians: £200 All reasonable measures will be taken to arrange props and decor in accordance with your agreed design and invoice. However, adjustments may be necessary due to weather, venue restrictions, health & safety or unforeseen circumstances. Fairy Tale Proposals disclaims liability arising from required adjustments, substitutions, or removal of props caused by such circumstances.
